Where do you make your products?

We manufacture all of our hardware products in the UK.
Can I get a factory tour?

Can I pick my order up from you?

Yes of course. You are welcome to come to our factory to pick your order up and see your product being made. Our factory address is Unit 6 Abermule Business Park, Abermule, SY15 6FB, United Kingdom.
Do you do military or blue light discount?

Yes, please email us at sales@stashedproducts.com with proof of occupation and we will provide you with a discount code.

Shipping & Orders

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship worldwide and sell to over 50 countries each year.

We have partnered with FedEx and DHL to make the worldwide shipping and import process very simple for the customer. We have a 100% success rate with on time worldwide delivery and seamless customs clearance, so we are confident you will have a simple and easy purchasing experience.

We offer fixed-rate international shipping based on your order’s total weight. Please add your order to basket, head to checkout, enter your shipping address and you will see a live shipping cost.

Standard worldwide shipping usually takes 2-5 working days.

You can choose between:

DHL Express Shipping (Duties & Taxes Included) where you pay the total cost to us at checkout, this includes shipping, duties and taxes. There will be nothing further to pay on arrival.

DHL Express Shipping (Duties & Taxes Excluded) where the expected duties and taxes will be displayed for your knowledge, but you will be requested to pay these on import.
How long will delivery take?

Dispatch Time - If your order is in stock, we aim to dispatch it within 1 working day.

Standard UK shipping usually takes 2-3 working days.
Express UK shipping is available for £9.99 via FedEx Priority, typically arriving within 1-2 working days
Standard worldwide shipping usually takes 2-5 working days.

Delivery Tracking - Once your order has dispatched, we’ll email you a confirmation along with any relevant tracking details. All orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx, and you can track your package directly on their websites using the tracking number we provide.
How do I track my order?

You can track your order by going to DHL or Fedex website and entering the tracking number provided to you on your dispatch email. Please be aware that your shipment could arrive in multiple boxes, so please fully check the tracking details for all box information.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping costs vary by location. For UK orders, shipping is free above £50. For International orders simply add what you require to your basket, head to checkout and enter your shipping address. Can I get a copy of my invoice?

Yes, please email sales@stashedproducts.com with your order details
Are duties and taxes included in the price?

In the UK, VAT is included in the price and you will be issued a VAT invoice. For International orders duties and taxes are not included in the price shown. At checkout you are able to choose whether to pay for duties and taxes up front (included option) or pay them on import (excluded option). For businesses placing orders, we suggest using the excluded option to ensure you able to recover any taxes required.

Warranty & returns

What is your returns / refund policy?

Stashed is confident that its products are the best available and that you will be 100% satisfied with our products and service, that is why we offer a 90-day returns policy. If you are not happy with our product then simply return it for a full refund. You must contact us before returning the product. Returns within the UK are free. Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We’re confident in our build quality and our products are protected by our ‘no quibble’ 5 year warranty. (Excludes soft products)
Is the 5-year warranty valid for commercial use?

Yes! Our systems are covered under our 5-year no quibble warranty even for commercial use.
